A Subrecipient is a public or private nonprofit agency, authority, or organization, or a for-profit agency assisted under 24 CFR 570.201(o) receiving CDBG or ESG funds from the city of waterbury to receive federal funds to carry out eligible activities..

The City’s Annual Allocation Plan includes projects and activities that are carried out by subrecipients. In order to assist those subrecipients, the City has developed a list of resources for contracts, reporting, and monitoring. The current year documentation is for the 2024-2025 (CD YR 50). Please use current documentation, as prior years are obsolete.
