Performs building and equipment maintenance in (selected) city buildings; determines space allocations of city departments in (selected) city buildings; manages internal work order request for service; provides trades support to select city buildings and agencies.

The Bureau controls the morning openings and evening closings of selected city buildings and determines space allocation of city departments in selected city buildings. We also provide facilities for all age groups, from toddlers to senior citizens. The great majority of the facilities are free to city residents.
