§31.120. In accordance with the provisions of §6C-7 of the Charter of the City, there shall be a Zoning Commission which shall consist of seven (7) members, no more than four (4) of whom shall be members of the same political party. One (1) member shall be a member of the Board of Aldermen for a term corresponding to said member’s immediate term as an Alderman. In accordance with §6C-7(b) of the Charter of the City, the Commission shall be comprised of individuals with skills and knowledge in related fields such as planning, architecture, landscape architecture, real estate, or law. Successors shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years.

The Board shall meet on the Fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
