§ 31.100. “In accordance with the provisions of § 6C-4 of the Charter of the City of Waterbury there shall be a City Plan Commission. The City Plan Commission shall consist of seven (7) members, constituted as follows: a member of the Board of Aldermen and six (6) electors of the City, no more than four (4) of whom shall be members of the same political party. The member of the Board of Aldermen shall be appointed by the Mayor for a term corresponding to said member’s immediate term as an Alderman. Successors shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years. The City Plan Department shall act as secretary and record keeper for the Commission and shall forward copies of all goings on of said Commission to the City Clerk.

The Commission shall meet on the Second Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
