§6B-3. In accordance with the provisions of §6B-3 of the Charter of the City of Waterbury, there shall be a Board of Ethics consisting of five (5) electors of the City appointed by the Mayor for a staggered term of five (5) years. No more than three (3) members shall be members of the same political party and no person who has served in the previous three (3) years as a public official, other than as a member of this Board, or a political party officer, shall be appointed to membership on the Board. The members shall not be employees or officers of the City and shall not be members or officers of any board, commission or agency of the City.

 The Commission shall meet on the Third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
