CHASE BUILDING CLOSURE & DEPARTMENT RELOCATION
Important Information for Residents, Visitors and Delivery Services
The Chase Building at 236 Grand Street will close to the public for renovations on November 11, 2026. Departments will begin relocating to One Exchange Place on October 29, 2026.
During the transition, access to departments at both locations may be limited. Please call ahead before visiting, if possible.
