Field Street Parking Lot to Close for Repaving

(WATERBURY, CT) The City of Waterbury Engineering Department is advising the public that the entrance to the Buckingham Parking Garage, located on Field Street, will be closed from Monday, October 5, through Thursday, October 8, 2026, for reclamation and repaving. Those who normally access the garage from Field Street will need to use the Cottage Place or Bank Street entrances instead. The work is weather dependent.

The Buckingham Garage will remain open and accessible through the Cottage Place and Bank Street entrances throughout the project.

Those who regularly use the Field Street entrance are advised to plan accordingly and allow additional time when accessing the garage during the closure.
