11/10/2025 - Holiday Collection Schedule
Waterbury Public Works will collect trash and recycling on Tuesday, Veteran's Day, as normal. On Wednesday November 12th Public Works will pick up leaves, grass and other organic debris from curbside. Please make sure that leaves etc are in paper yard waste bags at curbside the night before. Material in plastic bags will not be collected. Small brush/branches may also be put out at curb if tied in bundles small enough that one person can easily collect them. The leaves, grass and small branches will be ground up by Supreme Forest Products and turned into soil amendment for gardening etc..
