DEEP MS4 GENERAL PERMIT – 2022 ANNUAL REPORT 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Waterbury, under its Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection General Permit No. GSM000094 for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), will have a Draft 2022 Annual Report available for review and comment by the General Public.  The report describes City of Waterbury activities during 2022 along with future activities to comply with the MS4 General Permit.  
The Draft 2022 Annual Report will available on the City’s website, linked from the City Engineer Department (www.waterburyct.org/services/public-works/engineering) after February 15, 2023 and will remain available for public comment for at least thirty days.
