Applications for the State’s Elderly & Totally Disabled Homeowners Property Tax Credit Program Can Now be Submitted:

1. The Application Period for State’s Elderly and Totally Disabled Homeowners Property Tax Program has opened.  Applications are accepted in the Assessor’s Office from February 1st to May 15th. 
2. Applications are available on the Assessor’s Office page on the City’s website.
3. Applicants who qualify for the State’s Elderly and Totally Disabled Homeowners Program will be automatically qualified for the City’s Local Elderly Tax Credit Program.
4. Income limits for the program are set annually by the Office of Policy and Management. Income includes wages, pensions, Social Security payments, and interest on savings.
5. Applications are accepted in the Assessor's Office from February 1st to May 15th
