For Immediate Release

The City of Waterbury Department of Public Works is pleased to announce that the following streets will be milled in preparation for paving, beginning on Monday, April 18, 2022 and paving will commence on Monday, April 25, 2022 in the order listed.  Work will typically continue from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. except on South Main Street as noted.  The public is advised that delays may be encountered and is encouraged to avoid the area or seek alternate routes:  Residents and businesses are requested not to park on the streets during these periods and “No Parking” signs will be posted.

Boyden Street from Parker to Cooke Street 
Garden Hill Road from Lamont Street to Garden Circle
Pearl Street
South Main Street (from Exchange Place to Grand Street (early) milling on April 19 and paving on April 28, 2022
Piedmont Street from South Main Street to Baldwin Street
