Notice of Scheduled Work and Detour

The construction of the Exchange Place Street Revitalization Phase 1-East Main Street has been progressing. 

On November 18, 2021 East Main Street will be closed between The Green and Uconn for the final wear surface. Phoenix Avenue and Brook Street will be closed with Local Traffic only signage posted. Please follow the attached detour map. If traveling North or South on North or South Elm Street and follow the signs, you can travel east and west bound on East Main Street as far down as Wellmore Driveway.
