Waterbury Public Schools is pleased to offer this survey in order to obtain information from our families and teachers. The Connecticut Family School Partnerships (CFSP) developed The Connecticut Survey on Families and Distance Learning with the goal to collect data from both families and teachers on the impact of distance learning. The survey was developed in collaboration with five Family Engagement Directors from Connecticut, the CFSP Leadership Team at CREC, the Connecticut Department of Education, and evaluators from Cross Sector Consulting and the National Network of Partnership Schools at Johns Hopkins University. We will receive a summary of our data within 2 weeks after the survey is officially closed by the district, which can be used to inform preparations for September and foster dialogue among families and educators during the coming school year.
