NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

The City of Waterbury has prepared its 2018 MS4 Annual Report and Stormwater Management Plan,

describing the activities conducted and accomplishments made by the City pursuant to the requirements

of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection General Permit for

Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4).

Prior to submission to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection,

the draft Annual Report is available for public review and comment online at http://www.waterburyct.org/content/9569/9605/9632/10197/default.aspx

and at the Public Works Department during regular business hours at 185 South Main Street.

The MS4 Stormwater Management Plan is also available for public review and comment.

The annual report and Stormwater Management Plan are available for public review and comment for 30 days from the date of this notice.

Individuals wishing to comment on the Annual Report or the Stormwater Management Plan

should submit written comments to the
