On Thursday, December 6, from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM, construction crews will be paving the final course on Harpers Ferry Road, from the rock crushing operations north of Hamilton Avenue, through the eastbound (EB) 25 off-ramp intersection, to the southern end of Harpers Ferry Road Bridge.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
