City Of Waterbury Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Community Development Year 42 (2016-2017)

The City of Waterbury Office of Community Development has completed the CD Year 42 (2016-2017) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) – Community Development Block Grant, HOME, and Emergency Solutions Grant Programs.  This report shows the actual activity done within the program year in comparison to the Annual Plan.  The City in compliance with 24 CFR, Part 91.105(d) and 91.520, will have copies available on November 15, 2017 for citizen participation viewing at the City Clerk’s Office, 235 Grand Street and at the Silas Bronson Library, 267 Grand Street, Waterbury.  The CAPER narrative can be viewed at www.waterburyct.org. Written comments will be considered until 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2017.
