WATERBURY - In observance of Columbus Day, the Bureau of Refuse will have No trash or recycling collection on Monday, Oct. 10. Normal Monday collections will take place Tuesday Oct. 11, while Tuesday collection will be on Wednesday Oct. 12. The Mark Lane Transfer Facility will be closed Saturday Oct. 8 and reopen on Tuesday at 7 a.m.
