A public forum that will explore the possibility of creating housing Downtown for Waterbury UConn students will be held March 29 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at The Rectory Building, 110 East Main Street. A panel that will lead the discussion will include Waterbury Director of Economic Development Joseph McGrath, Main Street Waterbury Director Carl Rosa, Waterbury UConn Director William Pizzuto and Mansfield Downtown Partnership Director Cynthia A.
