Comments sought on Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

The Waterbury Development Corporation (WDC), on behalf of the City of Waterbury, has completed the CD Year 40 (2014-2015) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) – Community Development Block Grant, HOME, and Emergency Solutions Grant Programs. This report shows the actual activity done within the program year in comparison to the Annual Plan.

WDC, in compliance with 24 CFR, Part 91.105(d) and 91.520, will have copies available on December 2, 2015 for citizen participation viewing at the City Clerk’s Office, 235 Grand Street, the WDC, 83 Bank Street, 3rd Floor, and at the Silas Bronson Library, 267 Grand Street, Waterbury. Written comments will be considered until 5:00 p.m. on December 17, 2015. The CAPER will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about December 21, 2015, the actual deadline to HUD is December 30, 2015. Citizens should contact:
