Interstate 84 will be closed in both directions at Exit 25 in Waterbury from midnight to 5 a.m. Sunday Nov. 8 so overhead wires can be strung across the highway. The work will take place just west of the Scott Road bridge. Detours will be in place to direct motorists off and back on the highway. In case of rain, the work will take place Monday from midnight to 5 a.m.
