Waterbury’s two municipal golf courses – East Mountain and Western Hills – are scheduled to open for the season at noon on Friday April 10, weather permitting. Golfers at Western Hills will be able to use carts if the weather allows. There will be no carts at East Mountain, walkers only. To everyone who comes out, we hope you hit them well.
