Informational Session for Manufacturing & Information Technology Businesses
Learn How Your Businesses Support Can Play a Key Role Moderated by Rich Dupont, Chamber's Manufacturer Council Chair and President, Resource Development Associates
This initiative, led by the Connecticut Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board (NRWIB), is designed to strengthen local college-and career-readiness for Manufacturing and Information Technology (IT) opportunities. It will redesign the high school experience for nearly 500 students to focus on providing them with challenging, relevant learning opportunities. It will enable schools to develop new partnerships with colleges and employers that will develop the skills needed for jobs now and in the future.
