The Office of the Mayor has compiled a list of substantially all commercial land and industrial properties available for sale or lease in Waterbury. The webpage features a comprehensive mapping system for the sites to provide potential site selectors with more in-depth information on those properties. A user can simply click an area on the map and view the property listings for that specific area.  The names of the agent/broker, along with their telephone number, are posted with the list. The Mayor’s Office will update the webpage, as appropriate, every three weeks to reflect needed changes. The webpage also features WDC's Community Impact Map, as well as a interactive map of state and municipally owned priority brownfield sites in Connecticut.
