Vintage Shakesperience

On July 21, Shakesperience begins Vintage Shakesperience, its tour of wine vineyards and other venues across the northeast, beginning with Hamlet at Miranda Vineyard in Goshen, CT.  The next stop on the tour is White Silo Farm & Winery in Sherman, CT.  On August 10, Shakesperience will perform Much Ado About Something. Two actors mix up monologues, scenes, and each other as they invite the audience to be a part of the fun.  Shakesperience’s signature audience interactive piece, it’s perfect for a fundraiser, open mic, class, seminar, team builder, party, or any occasion that calls for literature, levity, and dramatic cameos abound.  Also at White Silo will be a performance of Hamlet on Saturday, August 11.  These performances are followed by Richard III at McLaughlin Vineyard in Sandy Hook, Connecticut on August 25. Rain dates for most performances are scheduled for the following day.  The performances will be presented with the generous support of the Department of Economic and Community Development Office of the Arts. For more information about programs and locations, or to purchase tickets, please visit www.shakesperience.org, find us on Facebook, or call (203) 754-2531.
