Construction on Freight St. to begin September 21^st.

The Public Works Department of the City of Waterbury announces that work will begin on Tuesday September 21^st to remove the railroad tracks on Freight St.

R.P. Dalton Asphalt Paving was awarded the contract for this project. Construction work will occur Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00AM and 4:00PM and is expected to be completed within eight weeks.

Motorists may experience traffic delays in the area during construction.
