NOTICE OF MEETING
BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Appeals of the City of Waterbury, will meet for the transaction of such business as shall be legally brought before it.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear appeals on Real Estate and Personal Property assessments from the 2011 Grand List and for Motor Vehicles on the 2010 Grand List supplement.
All appeals must be made in writing in accordance wuth CGS 12-111. Forms will be available on the Assessor's webpage or in the Assessor’s Office from February 1, 2012 through February 17, 2012 due to the Holiday on the 20th.
The hearings are scheduled for March 5th and March 6th of 2012 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. They will be held in the Assessor’s Office, City Hall Building, 235 Grand Street, Courtyard Level, Waterbury, CT 06702.
We will be meeting September 10, 2012 to hear appeals on your
2011 Grand List Motor Vehicles. Applications for these appeals will be available in August of this year at the locations listed above.
