5/6/2010 - Waterbury Government and Agency Fair

From:     Office of Representative Selim Noujaim / Representative Anothony D' Ameilio

I would like to invite you to attend our Government Fair Exposition and Open House which is free of charge and open to the public.

Similar to last year's event it will be held at the lobby of Crosby High School, 300 Pierpont Road on Tuesday May 11, 2010 from 4:30 PM until 8 PM.

This event, which is a service to our community, features booths and exhibitions, staffed by representatives of state and municipal agencies and non profit groups. So far 24 entities have elected to participate including: Department of Labor, Public Health, Public Utility Controls, Economic and Community Development, Financing Authorities, Banking, Waterbury Citizen Services, Waterbury Department of Recreation, Western Connecticut Agency on Aging, CL& P, and many colleges and universities just to name a few.

Veterans, senior citizens, homeowners, unemployed workers, students, people seeking to refinance their homes, and people seeking to reduce their electric use and costs are among those who could benefit by speaking one on one with exhibitors.

Therefore, I would like to encourage as many people as possible to attend.
Due to its viability, last years' event attracted media attention such as Republican-American, Fox61, WSFB, and CT-N.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me: 1-800-842-1423 (office) or 1-203-591-9190 (home)
Regards,
Selim Noujaim
State Representative, 74th District
Waterbury's East End.
