The Life and Work of Alexander Caulder

Event:    The Ultimate Calder Event: Alexander S. Rower,   grandson of the famous artist Alexander Calder, and Director of the Calder Foundation will present an illustrated lecture, "The Life and Work of Alexander Calder."

Also, the magnificent 17 1/2 foot sculpture, "Giant Critter," will be on view to the public for the first time in its new space at the Mattatuck Museum. The piece is on loan from the Calder Foundation. The evening includes a light supper. Proceeds benefit the Mattatuck.
