Free Concert this Thursday Aug. 20 6 to 8 p.m. at the Waterbury Arts Magnet School, 16 S. Elm St., featuring the Valley Chordsmen and the Fulton American Band. In case of rain, the concert will be held at the school's Apron Theater. Presented by Main Street Waterbury and Arts & Culture Collaborative, Waterbury Region, and sponsored by Arts & Tourism Commission, City of Waterbury and the Musicians Performance Trust Fund
