City of Waterbury Delinquent Tax Office is reminding individuals who wish to participate in the Thursday, January 29, 2015 Property Tax Auction that registration begins at 5:00 p.m.  The Auction will take place at Waterbury City Hall, Veteran’s Hall – 2nd floor, 235 Grand Street, Waterbury, CT 06702.  Over 30 properties will be offered. A $3,000 deposit in the form of cash or cashier’s check is required at the time of registration for each property being bid on. Minimum bids on some properties are less than the amounts due in taxes, fees and other costs.
