Please be aware that in the last mailing of water and sewer bills several were sent out in City of Torrington envelopes by the mailing company.  The inside remit to envelopes are correct with an address of WATER & SEWER, DEPT 46, PO BOX 2379, HARTFORD CT, 06146-2379.
