A celebration to benefit Quilts that Care, Inc. will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 24 at The Village at East Farms, 180 Scott Road, Waterbury. The event will feature hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine, a chance drawing, live music and a quilt display. Tickets are $35.

Join The Village at East Farms, the Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center and others to support the group’s mission to donate quilts to cancer patients receiving treatment at Connecticut’s cancer centers and hospitals.
