The city-wide 16th Annual Back to School Rally will be held August 21, 2013, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at Library Park. The Mayor's Office and the Board of Education are pleased to support this worthwhile endeavor that is being coordinated by Waterbury Youth Services Truancy Prevention Program.

The goal of the Back to School Rally is to encourage all children, and their families, to start the new school year off on a positive note. There will be information on the many services for children and families the community offers, such as after-school programs, educational and social services, including food, beverages and entertainment.
