MEETING LOCATION CHANGES

 

WATERBURY, CT, February 1, 2005 --- The Office of the City Clerk announced today that, because of damage caused to meeting spaces in City Hall, several Board and Commissions meetings scheduled for this week have been relocated to other Conference Rooms in the City, postponed or canceled. 

 

The Finance and Audit Review Commission will meet on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the Parks Department Conference Room, located on the Fourth Floor of the Chase Municipal Building, 236 Grand Street.

 

The Board of Aldermen Subcommittee Meetings will meet on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 in the Civil Service Conference Room, located on the Second Floor of the Chase Municipal Building, 236 Grand Street.

 

The Special Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, scheduled for Wednesday, February 2, 2005, has been canceled.  All agenda items for that meeting will be addressed at the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.

 

The Inlands/Wetlands Commission Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, February 2, 2005, has been postponed until Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 6:55 p.m. in Aldermanic Chambers East, 236 Grand Street.

 

The Zoning Commission Meeting, scheduled for Thursday, February 3, 2005, has been canceled.
