Mission Statement

The mission of the Waterbury Bureau of Water is to provide the highest quality of potable water and water for fire protection to the citizens of Waterbury.

The core functions of the Bureau are to provide high quality potable water to the citizens of Waterbury, provide water with sufficient pressure and volume for fire protection throughout the City of Waterbury, and provide good service to the Bureau of Water's customers.
