Absentee Ballots

Absentee Ballots are sent out to eligible electors by the Town Clerk's Office
You must first complete and sign the absentee application and mail to:

NOTE:   You may only vote by absentee for one of the reasons listed under the Statement of Applicant portion of the application.  The applicant must sign the application indicating that all statements are true. 
Anyone assisting an applicant in completing this form must sign and complete the bottom portion of the application
