Welcome

Welcome to the City of Waterbury's Human Resources web site. We hope to provide relevant human resource information whether you are interested in a career in the City; you are an existing City employee or one of our retirees. Working for city government is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to share with other city employees the rewarding experience of providing meaningful services to our great community. City government offers a variety of diverse challenges and opportunities within each department. Each day offers an opportunity not only to serve but also to thrive in an environment that challenges one's ability to achieve, learn, and grow. We hope the information you have found here will be helpful. If you are a current City employee or are in the process of becoming one, we extend our best wishes for a successful career with the City.
