OFFICE OF BUDGET CONTROL

The Office of Budget Controls assists the Mayor in the preparation and submission of the City's Five Year Capital Plan and Capital Budget and the City's Three Year Financial Plan; prepares and submits to the Mayor all appropriate Boards, the City's Monthly Financial Status Report (FSR), and prepares and shepherds through the Board Approval Process any budget transfers or additional appropriations.
