How to Purchase a Refuse Container
Residents are responsible for the purchase of the large blue refuse containers. Purchases can be made at the Mark Lane Transfer Facility. The cost is $55 per container. Recycle bins are free of charge. You can request one by clicking here and filling out a service request form, or by calling 203-756-7365.
