Exchange Place Utility Improvement Project Phase 2 Detour Notice
Phase 2 of the water mainline installation continues April 29th just before the triangle of Bank Street and South Main Street north towards the Green.
This construction will detour traffic from traveling onto Bank Street for roughly three days. Once the construction moves past the South Main Street left hand turn to Bank Street, this turn will then be able to re-open to the public.
The detour will be in effect from 7:00 Am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday for approximately 3 weeks starting April 29th.
Anyone traveling in this area shall follow the posted signage and directions of police and flaggers directing traffic.
